Happy Holidays Everyone!!! My decorating has been inspired my The Prairie by Rachel Ashwell

some beautiful boxes with simple ribbon, and my husband SURPRISED me with new chairs.... still waiting on the cushions...they will be white linen ones with ties... These chairs were on sale for $99 bucks at Restoration hardware, he bought them on Black Friday ....yeah!!! i love them
i just love this little horseshoe from Rachel Store..
i purchased the boxes and fabric from ebay, they are from Rachel Ashwell's store too. The oil painting i also found on Ebay,
as you can my tree is a little bare...i have lost some ornaments, Thanks to Gabriel taking the Broom Stick to the tree a few times....lol  hopefully next year i will be able with to better !!!  Hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas!!!

LOL that is why our tree is made up of all homemade and paper ornaments this year.
All the good glass ones will come out as the years pass.

It's beautiful, Tausha. Love the chairs, what a great deal and nice for your husband to surprise you with them.

You found some great things on Ebay, I just purchased a little table from Ebay that arrived yesterday. The oil painting is darling as are the boxes/ribbon.

You have such an eye! Won't you come help me finish my house? ;)

I like the tree a little bare, it gives it a natural look and not bombarded with ornaments. Merry Christmas to you too!

Oops! That is why our tree is no longer in the family room where the grandbabies play and why my mantel in that room will be decorated with unbreakable Christmas stuffies and ornaments on a little white tree for them. I'll move my usual mantel items to my piano in the living room. A bit higher and usually not a place where they are allowed to throw things around LOL! Your decor looks gorgeous! Merry Christmas! Hugs, Leena

I have read your blog no less than 3 times and almost enjoy it more than Rachel Ashwell's. I have also admired/been inspired by her for about 15 years now.

Do I recognize a lot of shams/duvet covers from UrbanOutfitters?

Please update soon....its been a long time now and I'm waiting to see more.

I need those Darcy chairs and your headboard - any suggestions? (I cannot afford 6 of them from the Shabby Chic store)

Your home - well done & cheers!
