So my daughter is 15 years old and has took sewing class for 2 years now, i bought a sewing machine, and she has taught me how to make pillows. I made 5 so far using the Simply Shabby Chic Duvet Fabric. I made 4 in blue and one white ...They are euro pillows which i cannot get enough of pillows. I also made a throw with the fabric, or wanna be tablecloth..since i cannot afford the Rachel Ashwell one..lol  I had to try. Nothing is perfect still have some learning to do, but works for me
in this picture i have to say since i seen Rachel Ashwell's  post this Rosary on her blog, i had to take this Photo!! She really is my Inspiration
i took a close up of this book, if you love fabric u may want to pick this book up at Ikea, its really beautiful Great Ideas!
My Toby. Also i have been dying some old fabrics i have, a beautiful Demin Blue,  Love the blue and pink together. If you were wondering my old farm table is now on the patio.
This is a close up of my daughters Dreamcatcher, that i made.  My inspiration came from Rachel Ashwell, she now has on her website for sale .  I bought the one in my bedroom for $110 Dollars and i love it!! So i made one for my little girl and boy, I looked on tube  How to make one, you can follow instructions, very easy, just tear the fabric you want to use. I bought mine from the manufacturer. Now Rachel Ashwell is selling them on her online store.   I will be very busy for the next couple of weeks preparing for Fifi, shes coming to shoot my home!!! how exciting ....  Have a great day !!!

My daughter is getting a dreamcatcher tattoo when she turns 18 in December. She drew the design herself because she is an artist. I'm not fond of tattoos but it is pretty and will be on her shoulder blade so not too noticeable.

No wonder FiFi is coming. Your home is lovely. Dreamy porch! Our Ikea doesn't sell books or the chocolate that someone else blogged about. Happy fluffing to you. Tammy

How do you buy from the manufacturer? If not only the dreamcatcher, what about the white l-shaped sofa and your headboard in your bedroom? Are those RA's as well? Any suggestions on how we can get RA sofas, headboards from the manufacturer as well? I know they're made by Miles Talbott, Ashville, NC.

The name of the company for the Dreamcatchers that i bought from is Land Rich i found them on facebook, the large ones are $110 My headboards are from JC Penneys, i bought 2 of them .. I think i paid around $350 or $450 for them, on sale cannot remember for sure.. Im not sure where you can buy her headboards from, but they are to die for !! I love the new slipcover ones she has to on her website.. But look up Land Rich and i paid through pay pal for them, they are Great !!! Beautiful

Tausha, I thought I already sent this message, but don't see it. RA may be your inspiration, but you have are so creative and have made your own place in the design world. You've utilized a lot of her pieces, but you truly have a unique touch. I'm addicted to your beautiful blog. Have a great day.

I wondered how you dye your fabrics. Do you use RIT dye or another brand...and then do you do it in the sink or the washer or in the tub or where? I want to try do some custom dyeing of fabrics. No wonder Fifi is shooting your home~it is very much Fifi-esque! have fun and I can't wait to see it.

Love it all and that beautiful table outdoors, I adore it there! We have our big table out on the porch and I'm really wanting to paint it chippy white. I can't remember if you painted yours yourself or not...

You inspire me, Tausha, was in a bit of a slump this afternoon after doing housework - ick ~ but you inspire me to rearrange things now that I've got some of the cleaning done.

We don't have an Ikea close here or I'd pick up that book, maybe I can get it online, I will check.

I'm off to rearrange a bit and make pretty. I finally sent your parcel off today. I hope it gets there in time in case you need extra props.
