Your beautiful pillows & new flowers compliment each, perfectly! I love that pale purple colour rose. I know what you mean about flowers. For me, my weekend isn't complete without buying fresh flowers to look at. :)

I love the buckets of flowers too. I get mine for our home at the grocery store, they're a little more than yours $9.99 for a dozen but they last usually two weeks so a couple bunches really make the house more beautiful.

I love that chippy little table, Tausha, it's perfect.

I saw a photo of you on your adventure this weekend at another blog (I won't give it away), but I do wish I could have been there too. I can't wait to see your photos tomorrow and hear all about it. Your pillows are beautiful, have a happy new week!

Have a wonderful week.

Too much to change now though so I will enjoy my home (because I secretly love it!) and at the same time I'll be swooning over your beautiful photographs and blog posts. I think I need to do the same thing!
Not sure where I can buy bunches of them for that cost - but I think I need some pink and white roses around this house.

I just adore your blog. I've been visiting you so much lately - not sure how I found you. You are just so fun to read and you take great photos!
You go girl!!!!

Lovely new treasures and gorgeous roses! The sterling silver rose (the lavender one) was my mom's favorite. After she passed away a friend of mine gave me a sterling silver rose bush and it's just beautiful when it blooms. They have such a lovely scent, too. Your roses are stunning, Tausha. Have a wonderful week.

The pillows are great, but oh those roses, please tell me they smell as good as they look. I can't wait for my roses to start blooming and I can bring them in.

Simply Me,
I love your site! I check it daily! I have almost everything shabby chic you have and more...I was wondering exactly how did you hang the white embroidered sheers in your kitchen/dining area? I have the same ones and would like to hang swag them casually like you have. What type of rod, if any? did you roll the top? How did you gather the sides!? Thank you so much, a new friend, Debbie.

Simply Me said...

To Debra, or anyone else who wants to know.... they are the sheer simply shabby chic curtains, they are push pinned up there, the i gently used safety pins for the sides, gently rolled them up a little. That is it !! I had a rod at first but did not look right for me, so just push pins THATS IT, very simple any can do
