this is a small cot for my house guest

i do not have a large house this is a small corner in my bonus room upstairs. So i wanted to make a small space for overnight guest. I finally found a use for my gray duvet . On the floor our some Simply Shabby chic towels that are light gray, and a bowl of kisses. Of course flowers!! no picture to me is complete without .flowers.
tomorrow i will show you the other side...........its storming here bad...I have no light for good photos, plus this room only has one little window.

I just love the ruffles. Any guest would feel special to sleep there, but I am sure they would rather play in the TENT. I just love that tent, I am sure my boys would want it in army green.
Question for you, who does the charcoal ballarina drawings, they are really good.

It is so pretty! I made a 'dreamers retreat' using a cot and R.A's white ruffle bedding in a corner of my Art Studio last year. But later needed the space for a bookshelf cubby to store things.

Is that a twin size bed.....or a lil roll away cot?....

I need a space for my daughter when she comes...I have a 3 bedroom but I use one room for my daycare...I cant decide if I want to put something in there or in my living room.

Just beautiful!! I love the gray ruffled throw you have. Where did you find it? Gray is one of my favorite colors to decorate with!
Hope you have a lovely week.

Melinda

Every thing is so nice!
Each particular is perfect, not too much, not too little, and the colors so sober and bright the same time. I like it all!!!
Have a nice day

It's beautiful, any guest would love that place of loveliness to sleep and dream.

The pail with the flowers is my fav, washed gray w/pale color of fleurs.

It's finally sunny here, Tausha. Sending you some sunshine from here today.

So cute! Looks so comfy to curl up in. Love the ruffle on the sheet. Is it ruffled all the way around or just turned so the ruffle faces out? I think I need to redo my guest bed now! I look forward to your new pictures everyday!

This may be my favorite photo yet, I love the way the gray brings out the natural distress of that table wich is awesome by the way. Your ability to capture your rooms is just as neat as the space.
Love this photo!

Target should give you a BIG FAT gift card...I've bought sooo many things there since I found your blog. I had gotten away from the Simply Shabby Chic, but now I'm back. You make it look so expensive...but we all want to know where the gray bedding came from...Thanks!
