My New Mirror , Thanks to Valerie Falcon......

She told me about this mirror, i bought it for $99 , it is 7 feet tall, very large and lovely..i bought at Home Goods...Valerie told me about them...because i so badly wanted RA, but could not afford it, so my husband was HAPPY that i only spent $99 for it...  It even makes me look Skinny Now, because its so tall, i'm so used to old mirrors...lol  Everyone should get one..lol
Now where to put the old Mirror, that may be a problem..as you can see the Dresser is now PINK
Shabby Chic Treasures from Micheal's...so cute and $1.50 each adorable
Bad addiction, bags, and jeans...but i love it

Both the mirrors are simply adorable. great job finding the mirror for $99. I saw one at z gallerie that is white and called the angelique mirror. It is $399 however.

Take care,
Michele

Your wedding dress is so pretty. My Mom had mine airsealed in a box after my wedding and there it sits in the garage in a box for almost 25 yrs. I have wanted to take it out because it is so beautiful and seems like such a waste to have it in that box. I have the Songe mirror(french-nordic style) from Ikea and everyone in my family comes in my room to use it because it is so BIG! Huge mirrors are a must in any room. Doesn't it make your room feel bigger?

I though about doing that with my dress, but its so pretty when i take it out of the CLoset...lol I only paid $400 for mine....

I wish there was a Homegoods anywhere around me or even in this state for that matter. I'd run right over and buy one too. I've wanted one forever for my dining room. Great find.

Love the new mirror and love it all! Everything should be used and loved, I think it's good your wedding dress is out where you can see it.

Have a great weekend! Oh, I love your purse collection, makes me want to take my old Louis Vuitton's out so I can look at them (they're in the attic, probably with a bunch of spiders... will have hubby go in there when he gets home ;)
xoxo

I really liked the ones at the prairie but yes very pricey but love the little gold rock! Did you find a pattern to use? Your fabrics look like Rachels what fabric do you use?? one more question......do you sell them???

I just sold my farm table and i am looking for a new one, where did you get yours? Can you cross your legs when you sit under it? On the one i just sold I couldn't and i hated it, it was too small too, I want one 84 inches or above, what size is yours? Thanks Bev :)

I am quite handy and crafty but I'd sure like some type of tutorial for those dreamcatchers - do you have any suggestions?

I also love the mirror but liked the old one as well. The new one is far more dramatic and seems to sit in a perfect spot.

I passed up the most beautiful wedding dress at Salvation Army just yesterday. I'm reconsidering but have no idea what to do with it or where to put it.

HI Everyone, I would love to start selling them, but i have not yet, it does take time, which i do not have a lot of.. maybe i will start... haha... if you guys search utube, videos on how to make one, you will find them, they are pretty easy except little hard for the middle parts for me. You can find everything you need at Michaels Art Store, the fabrics i use are Rachel ashwell's you can buy on ebay or i use moslty targets Simply Shabby Chic ..

HI Tausha, I used to have a big leaning mirror too and it made me look skinny~then I found out that when you lean a mirror it is an optical illusion and it does make anyone look thinner! So lean those mirrors ladies!!!
I have seen those mirrors at my Home Goods too~very pretty!!

Simply Me said...

AWW so that is what it is...lol too funny !! Everyone must do that then...lol i was used to the old ones, but could not see myself that well..
