My New Star !!!

I fell in Love when i saw RA Star of Sticks!! Who would of thought that something so simple could be so Lovely!! My Friend Kyle made this for me, Just some wood from home depot and he cut the ends...i painted and sanded a little bit to give it a older look..then added some PRETTIES!!!   
i really have a hard time with my Mantel, never know what to put on it, i like it simple most of the time with just flowers and candles...but i may have to leave the Star on it...

    I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that has a hard time with the mantel. I like mine almost bare..but I have tea lights and shells and when my roses are blooming they find their way up there!
