Fit for my Little Guy

I wanted this room to be cozy, and spacious for little Gabriel, he needs a lot of space. Big pillows and a beautiful wool rug
simple art work
i will have more photos soon, still working on it...... Before Gabriel was born we used as a guest room with a full size bed.  Now No headboard, just pillows , and i bought a Ralph Lauren comforter blue and white striped perfect for a little boy. Huge throw cushion, perfect for playing on the floor. I do live by Rachel Ashwell's  LESS IS MORE...  I completely agree...   Now if i could just add some Flowers in there, to me Perfect !!  lol

  3. It is so soft and comfortable. Perfect for a little boy. Love that heart artwork. It reminds me of the simple subway signs I am painting on canvas right now. I truly believe in less is more too. I always wanted a Gabriel. Love that name.

  5. Hi Tausha! I love what you've to your little guy's room! I esp love how you incorporated your love of Shabby Chic, and still have it look like a space for a little boy! ;) I've got two boys, so it's nice to see what others are doing to their spaces. ;)

  17. O I do love it and I so agree about the flowers.Hey maybe something in a boyish color.O I know maybe you can put a white carnation in some blue food coloring and it will dye it blue.Put it in for as long as till you achive the shade you desire. Then add some white roses to them it'll be perfect.Don't worry just cuz he's a boy don't mean he can't grow to love them.Sorry daddy's.... ;)LOL
Boy I think when I recover from my injectios in my back I'm going to the store to get some for my son and daughter's room. She likes blue. I just asked her to be safe and she said yes but chimed in at the end of covo and said as long as I have pink pillows.LOL.A girl after my own heart. :)

  19. Adorable! You always make a room look so cozy. I am still not getting the "less is more" look down. :) Less seems empty to me! More looks cluttered. Still learning. Yours is always perfect!
